First time customer, and will be a repeat customer. Not only was it a cool store. But the rep Nate was cool and a lot of help. By the way, I recommend the WTF vape. The Coconut/Banana vape, is really good.

Amazing shop. Got what you need. Great service, quality recommendations and products. Large selection. I used to go to BC Vaping Ape until the unstable owner went all aggressive on me because I was taking a photo of his shop to advertise him on Google?! (That photo below also). But I'm glad it happened because otherwise I wouldn't know about Froggy's. Now I know what I was missing. Better selection, better service and zero aggression, unless you try to shoplift. ; )

Good selection and friendly service with decent knowledge are all overshadowed here by high prices. Seriously, shop around and see for yourself.

Called to let them know the battery from the set I just bought was not working correctly. Kid I spoke with was quite short and rude, simply said "once it leaves the store, its not our problem, there's nothing I can do for you." So I asked for his name, he refused and hung up on me. Eesh! Not great business.

First visit today and I was impressed. Jeff was knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family!
