I Purchased a vape yesterday from here. I was told if anying malfunctioned with it I could return it in a couple days. The motor on the device that sucks the juice into the coil never turned on and the coil burnt. Making the device useless after only a couple of puffs. Then when I brought the device in today, I was told because I was still able to hit the device that I couldn't return it. I have been purcahsing vapes here on a weekly basis, but now wont ever do business with them again.

Great store, informative customer service. Long haired guy, James, is super nice as is anybody behind the counter. This is my favorite smoke shop in northern Michigan. The people on staff are always eager to help. A welcoming smoke shop even to a novice smoker.

Have been a fan of this place for a while. Bought a grinder recently though that left metal flakes consistently, even after a few run throughs. In addition to however much product I wasted in my first grind, I wasted $40 on the grinder and the only option is to replace it with the same factory made grinder that will just do the same thing. Understand a no return policy, but metal flakes in somebodies product is downright unacceptable. Do not buy the large grinders.

AWESOME!!! My wife and I are in there every couple of days super friendly staff very knowledgeable but there's a guy there with purple hair I think his name is James he is extremely helpful and knowledgeable on everything that I come in there for! Charlevoix
