NEVER AGAIN! Walmart is the worst company on the plane and ever experience we ever has proved this more each time. We usually use Kroger delivery which is 99% of the time flawless and amazing. You would think a company as big as Walmart would have it perfected. But no, they can't get the simplest of things right. We are here for vacation. Decided to use the Walmart delivery service. Had a delivery scheduled for 4pm. We are all from out of town. Keep in mind so we have no food or drinks. 5pm goes by no word. We finally get a message saying that they are running behind. Not such a big deal so far but it's July 3rd and we are trying to go to the 4th of July festivities. Every half hour from there on, we get a message saying delivery is behind. Some are coming through text messages, some are coming through email. We got a message that of our items needed to be replaced but this came in email so we didn't see it in time. Okay, still not the end of the world. 8pm, no groceries still and communication telling us why or when. We had to leave a couple people behind who did not get to see 4th of July festivities because they had to wait for the groceries. Here's the part that really boiled my blood. We tried calling for over an hour before we finally got through to someone. They told us that they couldn't do anything about it and that we needed to call their third party Spark to find out what's going on. Wait, WHAT!? Walmart is fulfilling an order and they claim they can't give us any updates or information!? Doing a little bit of research, you will find that Walmart owns Spark so it's run by the same company. So they gave us a number to call spark, we call them you get an automated message and then it hangs up. Now back to Walmart. Luckily after a dozen tries we got through to someone. This time the customer service lady I spoke to was very rude and unaccommodating. She's talked with an attitude and said she would have to give me to a manager because she wasn't going to be berated. Now, let me tell you I was very very polite and just trying to get information. That's when I got upset and simply told her I was not in any way berating her but I certainly should have been. She hung up on me without even transferring me to a manager. This is about 10pm. Four of us tried to call the store for the rest of the evening and no one would answer. No communication, no order, no emails, no texts.. Just no food.. We decided to switch the order to pick up and went the next morning to pick up the food. Still the same song and dance, no one taking accountability, no remorse, no apologies, no discounts, no care in the world. I do not recommend using their delivery service and I do not recommend Walmart for anything for any reason.

Just like your average wal mart. Decent prices keep me going back. I like it. Small town needs nice store. I appreciate small stores in a jam. But I can’t afford to shop mom and pops. Pretty clean.

I can always count on great service whether I’m shopping in store , online , picking up my grocery order or shopping myself for my groceries . I find ordering my groceries online and picking them up is so convenient. I’ve also had to have groceries and prescriptions brought to me and this is also very convenient if I’m under the weather. It’s nice to have a small town Walmart with big city conveniences !

I'm Amazed at what you get for $280.00 anymore... I remember if my Ma spent anything over $150.00 in the late 70s in the B&C in Cheboygan we had 1 full cart and another with more in it, not full, but we needed another cart. Now for over $280.00 I had 3 bags, not full and some bigger items not in bags. The most expensive? Some meat, thin sliced, and doggie treats, 1 bottle of wine, 1 Irish whiskey. Am I blessed? I guess so cause I can afford it, still.... 😎

Had a tire blow out this morning traveling to Black Lake. Was towed to Walmart to get a new tire. Rudeness abounds in their service station , no empathy for someone who's already having a bad day. Was told their policy only allows them to change all 4 tires can't do just one. Baloney!!! Then their tire tech Michael started cussing out our tow driver. We ended up getting serviced down the street. Walmart will never get my business again. I'm calmed down now but poor service really irks me!!
