I had a great experience at RJ’s Cigar Shop. I don’t know much about cigars and needed a gift. RJ was incredibly patient, welcoming, and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel out of place. You can tell he genuinely cares about his shop and his customers. His humidor smelled absolutely amazing and was meticulously maintained, it was obvious he takes a lot of pride in keeping everything in top condition. If you’re new to cigars or a seasoned enthusiast, I highly recommend stopping by. Great customer service and an owner who truly enjoys sharing his knowledge. We’ll definitely be back!

I've been coming here for over a year. I was sold Sevn Kratom 40 mg it was filled with pepto bismol. I called the owner he told me to come up there. I went up there to be told there's nothing he could do.... I have spent thousands of dollars at this store. To be told to come up there and not be given a reimbursement. So just so you know you have a thief working for you and you lost a high paying customer.Like why waste my time. The past I had one incident where I dropped my kratom and I thought I left it in the store. He showed me the camera and I apologized. I really thought it was up there. When I started taking kratom, it was a liquid in a shot glass called feel free, I thought it was an energy drink and I am severely hooked as you can see in my passed purchases. So who is the problem? Not the person trying to get the energy, drink its the person selling it.
