Never actually shopped at the store.... But since I have all of the stores reviewed I figure I'd give a shout out too Kelsey (hopefully correct spelling)!!! Kelsey was covering a shift at the Ferndale store, as I was walking up to the door, three people walked in just before me..... The thought going through my head was "Great this is going to take forever"..... I don't think I waited longer than 30 seconds!! She is very kind, fast and great at her job! 10 out of 10 would recommend this store just on customer service alone!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Everyone who works there is amazing but the woman (I SHOULD ASK YOUR NAME ONE DAY) IS THE BEST!! Hope you see this and know I LOVE YOU! Always has my back. Never going anywhere else, believe that!

Wish there was an option to give 10/5 stars. This place is the bomb diggity. They have all things smoke related - glass pieces, decor, ashtrays, rolling trays, both refillable and disposable vapes... they even have incense and shirts. Staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend visiting this store!!

Great vape selection with cool items to buy. They always take care of me and are super helpful
