Great shop with a welcoming vibe every time I stop in. Tiffany and Jasper are friendly, know their stuff and always give solid recommendations. The store is clean, well organized, and their prices are better than the stores nearby. Huge variety of items too! Highly recommend!!! 🙌

I visited the store with my brother, who is a quadriplegic, and I am his caregiver. Because he is paralyzed from the chest down and cannot use his hands, I assist him with tasks such as selecting and carrying items, handling his money, opening doors, etc. let me be clear he cannot move any of his limbs. After we chose some cigars, the employee at the register requested both of our IDs. We presented my brothers ID but I did not have mine on me. I explained that the cigars were for my brother and that I was simply assisting him due to his disability. I told her I was just his caregiver but could still give her a photo of my ID but she refused the sale. What was most disappointing was her attitude throughout the interaction. She repeatedly interrupted my brother while he was speaking and was dismissive of our explanation. We left feeling disrespected and discriminated against because of my brother's disability and chose to take our business elsewhere. The lady we dealt with had short cropped hair, tattoos, and piercings. Took our business to Wild Bill’s across the street and had amazing and accommodating customer service.

Honestly had a great interaction until I walked only two steps outside and then realized I was sold the wrong vape. I went back with it un-opened and then was still told I couldn’t swap it out. Never been to smoke shop that had such a crappy return/exchange policy.

This was the most expensive place for cigarettes. No deals. 2 packs of Marlboro blacks for $23 is insane. Y'all are hustlers.
