Today I decided to come in and enjoy a cigar or two but the experience was annoying. Not sure if this store had a employee meeting. It was very distracting. I come here to get away amd have some peace a quiet especially on a snowy Tuesday afternoon. Employee kept walking in and out of the cigar lounge. It threw my vibe off seriously. Thankfully I had my earbuds in my ears. I know employees have a job to do but it should not disturb those in the cigar lounge.

Love this store. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. Even if you don’t know what you’re looking for they definitely know the merch and are able to help guide you.

I'm a cigar, smoker, and I really love there by one.Get one! Great humidor compare to some places where all the cigars are usually hard. These tend to be exceptional!

Kudos to Wild Bills for bringing in Ray as the new District Manager. What a breath of fresh air. He actually cares about the stores, customers, lounge members and the company; and is always upbeat and actually follows through on requests. The physical changes made to the Commerce cigar lounge are awesome. Looks way more professional. The new manager he brought in (Tori) is awesome as well. Super friendly and knows her stuff. Well done Wild Bills !!! Update - as a lounge member of the Commerce location, I have to admit it’s good to see the changes taking place. The store and lounge are cleaner, more organized and the staff is friendlier. Keep up the good work. Only downside is the chubby guy sitting next to me doesn’t stop chatting …
