My comment won’t probably make a difference but I will do it any way. Never had an issue with this smoke shop before until today. I bought a breeze earlier, left the store and came back 5 mins later telling the gentleman at the register very nicely that something is wrong with the breeze that the airflow doesn’t seem to be going through properly. He became defensive right away telling me that it’s not his problem, it’s the factory’s problem and he can’t do anything. He then took the breeze, tried it and said there is nothing wrong with it. I kept on explaining that I have been using the breeze for a while and I know when something is wrong. He handed it back to me like nothing happened. I explained again that something is wrong and how I am suppose to use it after he already put it in his mouth. He said I have to stop being complicated. I threw it on the table and left the store.
