Since I moved to the Detroit area I change my smoke shop to this one I was really enjoying it until my last visit when I was asked to open my bag my purse rather. A Time previously I went in and purchased something and the guy didn't fully take it off of my card as a matter of fact he didn't take anything off of my card so when I got home I noticed it and I called him immediately and told him that when I purchased will not take it off of my card and that I would return it to him the next time I was up there, so imagine my surprise when I went in the next time and had to open my bag for this total stranger that I had never seen before. I cried I actually cried tears walking out of that store and down the street I could not believe it I was so offended. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Didn't exactly have what I was looking for but bought something anyway.

Used too be the best smoke shop, prices are way too high compared too other smoke shops, the cigarette filters I buy are almost $4 here the other shop I go too is $2:49 with 50 extra filters in it, also the other shop the big bag of tobacco is $13 here it's $16. Their prices are way off. The only good thing about this shop is the free lighter that they give u other than that it's not good.

Customer service is absolutely HORRIFIC, me and my hubby came from warren to visit this place and there was a middle aged gentlemen who rung us up, very very bad attitude, we spent 23.oo and the vape we purchased seemed USED and is no good.....The company of the vape is surion? Or something similar to that, I asked for instructions on how to use and charge and the response was simply "you know how it is"..... we were rushed and were overall unsatisfied with our purchase. If I could, I would most definitely give this place zero stars. Definitely will not be returning.
