I recently visited Smokerz Depot in downtown, and my experience was excellent due to their incredibly helpful staff and impressive variety of products. The employees were knowledgeable and eager to assist, making my shopping experience enjoyable. The store boasts a diverse selection of smoking accessories, but what stood out most was their extensive collection of King Palm flavors, offering something for every preference. Overall, Smokerz Depot is a top choice for anyone seeking smoking supplies, and I highly recommend it to friends and family.

I usually have a good experience here. Came in to try something new and ended up not liking it. The guy wouldn’t give me a refund or let me exchange the item even though I came right back in no more than 10 minutes later. I should be thanking him because now I’m going to stop smoking. I’d rather do that before I give this business another dollar.

Super friendly staff and the manager always goes above & beyond!

Won’t shop here again even though I can walk here from home. Wraps were proved with a sticker from the store owners at 1.79, manufacturers price was $2.19 on individual wrap but even on the back was priced at 1.79. This 1.79 sticker was also on other wraps as well and prices the same. I told this to the young lady who said she was the store manager and she started to take the stickers off. So I stated the box even says 1.79. So she took the wraps out the box and stuck them up there with her hands as if it was better. I asked were you going to take them off all the boxes? She stated I’ll have to now and with and attitude stated I don’t know what you want me to do. You want them or not. I said I don’t want anything out of your store because that’s false advertisement. Have a good day. Beware of some of the people that work here. They also have family or friends that hang around outside the store in cars that they go outside and congregate with. See white car pictured in attached pictures. That’s what the “manager” did while I was sitting outside. They don’t have a corporate number but I spoke with the manager at the Dearborn store who stated he would get the message to the owner of this store and have him give me a call. We’ll see if I receive it. Will update once I do

Great selection of products, very informative. Very kind and helpful. I was approached by a person outside while waiting for an Uber and the owner came outside to make sure I was safe. I greatly appreciate his help.
