Supreme exotic heads is truly an amazing place with great quality, care, and passion behind everything they do. You can feel the dedication and love they put into there work, and its rare to find a place that makes you feel appreciated and valued like this. Definitely a place i would recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience and top-tier service.

Depending who is at the counter the price changes on the products. Today 7/25/25 1:35pm i went to the Greenfield location to make a purchase. I have been a loyal customer since 2017, starting at the first location on Warren Ave. Today I went to purchase coals. The items are sitting on TOP of the glass display with a price sign taped under the items $6.99. I have bought the exact same coal the past 3 months for 6.99 sitting in the same spot on the counter. Today the employee states the coals are 10.00 and the vape pins are 6.99. Very bad customer service to a loyal customer of 7½years

Best hookah cups in the city..

Walked In the store today. The staff helped me with what I needed. Amazing customer service. They also have amazing prices. I got an Irish peach hookah. This is by far the best hookah shop in the city. I 100 percent recommend this shop. Lovely people. Amazing environment. More than 100 percent I will be back

This is my go to spot for hookah heads in a cup. I’ve ordered here a lot and never had them mess up a head or have a cup that didn’t work. Even cracked my hose on accident once on the way out and they replaced it for me. Recommend them 100%!
