I just went in and bought a vape, and I even tried the vape in the store. When I tried the vape, I mentioned to the employee that it tasted kind of burnt. He offered to try it and tried it a few times and said that all he tasted was pineapple.. I am somebody who has bought the same vape close to 100 times before I couldn't find this one anywhere. The vape was very obviously burned and did not taste right.. They even had them marked down, so the fact that he did not offer up another one was kind of baffling to me. I am now driving and haven't even gotten 10minutes into using this vape and it is unusable a point. It’s a shame as this is the vape store that this area. I've never had , but I am very Bummed out, I waited three hours to post this and wanted to see if the vape got any better and it is only gotten worse. I feel like I got robbed today and I made it aware to the clerk and gave him the opportunity to correct it.

best smoke shop in town!! staff is amazing, clean store, good vibes all around! had an issue with a faulty vape and they helped exchange with no hassle; would definitely recommend them over other places ive been:)

i’ve supported dnd for a couple years now and strictly got vapes from them. i’ve never created a scene, brought any issues nor have i had any issues with their vapes until now. i’ve created a friendly fun relationship with the workers there as well so when a vape that i bought from them suddenly quit working a couple days after i bought it, i went to the store to see if they could help me or offer an exchange. i was met with attitude and then spent another $25 on a new one. the next one that i bought from them also quit working again within a couple days of me buying it. if you want to keep loyal customers, treat them right because after years of shopping here (and recommending them to all of my family and friends) i will not be coming back.

This vape and tobacco shop definitely deserves 5 stars. They went above and beyond by special-ordering a vape juice that’s hard to find, saving me the hassle of driving to Toledo or Downriver to get it. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and patient. They have a wide variety of vape juice, mods, coils, disposables, glass, tobacco, and all your essential smoking and vaping needs. They truly are a convenient one-stop shop, and I’m happy to have them in my town. Keep up the great work, D & D!
