Went in a while back and the hygrometer in the humidor read like 50%. I told the staff, they acted surprised then said they’d look into it. Went back (because they were the only place open) and humidor was still 51%. If I’m buying a cigar out of a humidor I shouldn’t have to take it home to my humidor for a week to get it back to smokable condition. Just go to Wild Bill in frandor or buy online and keep your own humidor.

I’m a regular customer and always greeted like I was Norm from Cheers, I don’t have to tell them what I want cuz they already know. Nick and his crew do a great job. I highly recommend you give them a shot, good prices as well
