This is the only vape shop I purchase from! The place itself is always clean, and the products are displayed in a visually pleasing way. Additionally, if you have a hard time seeing the flavor names on the boxes from in front of the counter, they also have full laminated flavor menus based on brand with flavors listed and the amount of puffs based on which brand/product you're looking at. Even though wild side's products are just generally superior to other local vape businesses, they by far surpass all of them regardless - just due to how wonderful the staff is. Every single staff member that's helped me over the last year+ has been supremely friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go above and beyond. And they're always willing to price things out for you with different combinations of products + whatever tax calculation, so that you are hitting your price point without doing mental math, hah! They are definitely queer friendly as both a business and an employer, which should be expected. But since that's not always the case, it's a tally in their favor, for sure! The staff attitudes just generally give off the vibe that they enjoy their jobs and like being there. Overall just the best nicotine vape/head shop in Lansing! I will always recommend!

This place has great workers and usually Im happy with the service I received. But my most recent time shopping, I went in for one thing and the man behind the counter would try to suggest a more expensive product. I politely declined and the young man would not take no for an answer. He kept trying to push more of what I did not ask for so much to the point that I didn’t feel comfortable purchasing ANYTHING anymore. I understand sales jobs and upselling comes with the territory but pressuring your customers with up sales just so you can make a quick buck is not ok

They have really great people in there working. Nana and the employees they have make it a warm and inviting place to go. Honestly I've been out here for almost 3 years and never had a problem and don't go anywhere else because of that. Stellar vibes. 🤷‍♂️🥰

I enjoy this place, They are very friendly and helpful people, Very nice deals on very expensive looking glass, opportunity for saving money, and a crazy selection of anything you need. I highly recommend going here for anything.

Awesome shop! Stopped in for the first time today randomly and they had sales and giveaways going on. Employees were great. Fun environment. I ended up winning $100 store credit in a raffle I didn't know was a thing. I went in there "just to browse" and walked out with couple awesome pieces and a really nice banger. I definitely recommend and I will be back soon. Thank you!
