The guys here are soooo awesome!!! They are always very sweet and will order and keep things in stock for their regulars!!! I feel they go the little extra mile for their customers and are genuinely happy to help and not sighing when I get a little indecisive, like some other places I've visited. By far, A to Z is my favorite smoke shop around! Chris & Fas are great, super knowledgeable & just really nice! They make me feel appreciated for the business! Ill make them take a pic with me next time I go & I'll post it later! 🤩 5 stars for sure! Plus one to grow on!! 🌟💫🌟💫🌟💫

I wanted to share my experience at A to Z Smoke Shop. I was disappointed to learn from Ann that they no longer make Hookah Heads to go until after 2:00 PM. I definitely try to support local businesses, but the morning customer service has been a challenge. Fortunately, Ann recommended Exhale Smoke Shop across the street as a sarcastic suggestion, but I found them to be very accommodating! I appreciate the tip, but I won’t be returning during A to Z’s morning hours. I hope the owner addresses these customer service issues with the morning staff.

Sold me ZYN pouches in flavors like gummy bear and skittles. I was a little sus about the flavors, but I didn’t think much about it and poped them anyways, after about 45 minutes of having them in, my mouth became incredibly itchy and agitated as if I was having an allergic reaction. I thought maybe it was just me and the flavor, it wasn’t until I opened my second pack this week that I really became suspicious. Naturally, I went to the Internet and began doing some digging on Reddit. I ended up finding out that flavors like skittles and gummy bear, Do not exist in any of the European or American lines of Zyn. But there is a Chinese counterfeit that does exist going under the “ZYN” name. Definitely will not support a business selling genuine unregulated knockoffs as the real thing.
