liked coming here until I got charged different prices every time I go.. and I always buy the same thing(s).. says if you pay in cash you get a discount, but not always true , depends on whos working, even when you mention it out loud to them.

Vape Smart gets 10 stars in my book! Worth going out of your way to get everything you need. The staff is very helpful and take the extra time to make sure your buying the right mods and juice flavors! They always have my favorite juice on hand

Staff is always courteous, knowledgeable, and provide relevant recommendations. If you're worried about getting a new device at this time and like to keep things simple call ahead. They were nice enough to help me find a better model and show me basic new features. (Please keep in mind the store is small and everyone is trying to be mindful of distance so even if you don't believe in wearing a mask be understanding and use curbside if you don't)

Both male and female workers charged me extra or questioned me because of my ID. Only place that’s done it as well. Awful customer service and they will only be nice if you buy their own brand of vapes. Closest vape store near me but I will not be returning as they are always either rude or rushing me when there is nobody in the store.

Jimmy and Chris are awesome! They're more than happy to help with any questions and help out every customer in a timely manner. I always look forward to having a good laugh and conversation when I stop in. Highly recommend!!
