My first visit to Wild Bills, the service was excellent from the minute I walked in the door. I was greeted by Ashley, Amber and Dom and they treated me with the up most respect and helped me with my selection of cigars.. They were very courteous, kind, knowledgeable and looked great 😃... It's was very comforting to see women in this field....I really appreciated their help... Hope to see them on my next visit... Have a great weekend!!

First ever Google review and can't think of a better place to do it on. The fort gratiot store is phenomenal, always welcomed with a smiling face and great vibe! Staff has always been extremely helpful in whatever I may need and able to show me exactly where its located! 10/10 . I was even waited on the district manager today and he tok was just as great as his staff thank you all for another fantastic visit keep up the excellent work yall!

Great smoke shop friendly atmosphere outstanding selection and service. Ashlee was very helpful and knowledgeable walked me thru the humidor and offered a wealth of knowledge about their cigar lines. I chose a few and was welcomed to enjoy the cigar lounge while I caught up on reading emails and returning calls. Happy I tripped over this place close to home. If you’re not sure what you want in the humidor ask for Ashlee she will set you up.

Brandon was knowledgeable and very helpful. The staff is always great. Wild Bill's is the only store I go to for all my vapes. Excellent prices and selection.

Amber, Re, Jace, and the team there know the products! They educate the customer or assist with complete confidence in Wild Bill's products. Vape Mr. Vapor, many brands of tobacco, supplies for smokers to vapers, even 420 smokers. Wild Bill’s is packed with abundance of products A to Z! Let's not forget the cigar smoker. The person can come in and enjoy great conversations with the employees, a friend, or enjoy a cigar by themselves in a comfortable atmosphere and seating. The store is clean and well organized! The restroom is clean if you're a buying customer. Overall, I like this place because it's a Smoke shop that appreciates the customer, where as the other stores don't compare. I must give 5 out 5 being a truck driver. They have a loyalty program, events, and best hands down, products, and genuine friendly and professional staff (Team)!
