Reno and the gang are incredible. I hobble in to load up on cigars and accessories a few times a week. Trust me when I tell you that this is one of the best tabacco retailers around. Clean, well stocked inventory, a Las Vegas style walk in cigar humidor, excellent rotation and never have I seen an empty box. The well appointed and comfortable cigar lounge is first rate. Yesterday I stopped in and was greeted by two wonderful young ladies. I came in to restock my usual stick of choice ...Acid Blondie Belciosso yet am always willing to try something new. Engaging the ladies in cigar talk is always a treat and they certainly know their product. They personally recommended a product called Tabak Special from Drew Estate. Being unfamiliar with the cigar, I picked one up to try. Wow...great smoke! If you like them sweet and mild, this one's a keeper. Thanks Wild Bills Harrison Township...TOP DRAWER in every way!

Best cigar lounge around! The events are amazing and just coming in to relax is the way to go. Always love the workers and deals they have. Very informative!

I want to say I am very happy with this Wild Bills I've been going to the one in Richmond for over 10 years for me and several other family members every single month buying 3 to 4 of cigarettes for my grandma not including a lot of glassware and gadgets for myself and a decent amount of Kratom I usually come on Wednesdays for myself to get the deal for the kilos I had no issues with the service here with this being my first time I had no harassment like I did with Ashley from Wild Bill's in Richmond Michigan assistant manager she is the reason why I will never shop at Richmond again and will travel to this wonderful Wild Bills I have been a long-time supporter of Wild Bills sense the three brothers first started investing in Wild Bill's and playing at the casino with my bosses they are wonderful guys so this Wild Bill's here will have my long-term business from now on you can thank the assistant manager at Wild Bill's Richmond Michigan Ashley for being condescending stuck up and treating her employees like she owns them after the way I seen the way that girl Acts Can employees I have known being there for a long time on top of her condescending attitude towards customers I hope maybe this Wild Bill will say something towards higher management about Ashley Richmond Michigan assistant manager she's the reason why some of the employees even quit sorry you guys had to read over this but I just want to say again this is a wonderful Wild Bill's I had a wonderful experience and was treated good and respected five stars

Stopped by Wild Bills to get some Incense for the house and had a great experience. Reno (pictured) was awesome. The store was well organized, cleanly, and the prices were very fair! Not to mention, the employees were really helpful.

I've never met kinder people at this location not far from home. Trinity and Kayla are "the" greatest employees I've ever met. They go out of their way to help customers. They have a fantastic sense of humor and are true professionals at their jobs. I'll never buy my tobacco products at any other store. They both make me wish that I was 21 again, lol. Very attractive girls. I highly recommend this store!
