Wild Bills in a Hillsdale, Michigan is outstanding!! The person helping me was very nice and helpful, I even got a 10% off deal, so hey if you’re in Hillsdale stop in and check out what they have!! There’s a lot!! Thanks again

The staff in Hillsdale its VERY friendly and helpful. Unlike the coldwater store they have buy one get one 50% off on certain products EVERY day of the week. Not just on Wednesday. I drive am extra 10 minutes just to go to the Hillsdale location.

Krystal, Crystal, Christail, idc how this amazing employee spells her name but her customer service should be accommodated. Twice so far this week alone she has helped me find a very specific and necessary product after I spent 2 hours searching elsewhere. Not only did she understand what I was looking for but was very knowledgeable in the product to make sure I purchased exactly what I needed. I will be back to wild bills specifically for this kind of service. Please give her the numerous and highest of fives she has earned 🫶

The Wild Bills Tobacco in Hillsdale, MI is one of the best ones I have been in. The employees are all wonderful, very kind, super helpful. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend

I truly appreciate the team and especially Mrs. Kim. She is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help her customers. She is goes above and beyond to look up the questions asked not to necessarily give information, but to point her customers in the right directions to find the information themselves. She is great at ordering so that she keeps the store stocked and you can call and check if she has something in stock prior to using your fuel and time to go to the location. Mrs. Kim and her staff are very articulate and does a great job keeping the location spick and span (super clean). To the point you don’t want to touch anything because it is perfect and you don’t want to mess anything up. I truly enjoy her, this store, and the nice discussions had with her and the staff, I’ve not ever had a problem, unlike other locations of this franchise. Thank you all for all of your hard work it does not go unnoticed. -Ash
