They keep new quality product in stock! They had very specifically what I was looking for! Grace was super helpful and knowledgeable with the products the shop carries. Clean big space with lots of pretty glass and other stuff to look at!

I had an amazing experience at Puff Factory in Lake Orion last night, and I just have to share! Initially, I went in looking for some incense, but I left with so much more than I expected. This place is a true treasure trove for anyone who appreciates quality products! First off, the selection of glassware is impressive! Whether you’re a collector or just looking for something unique, they have a fantastic variety that caters to all tastes and preferences. And let me tell you, their incense selection is one of the largest in the area! It’s clear they take pride in offering a diverse range of scents that will appeal to all fragrance lovers. What really made my visit special was the gentleman behind the counter. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and had a smile that made the whole experience even better. His knowledge about the products made it easy to ask questions and find exactly what I was looking for. It’s not every day that you encounter such great customer service, and it definitely made me feel appreciated as a customer. Overall, I can’t recommend Puff Factory enough! The combination of their extensive selection and the welcoming atmosphere created by the staff makes it a must-visit spot. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of what they have to offer. If you’re in the area, don’t miss out on this gem!

Best smoke shop in town, customer service is phenomenal, the staff is a1 , the prices are unbeatable, this is my favorite spot. Thank you again to the staff at puff factory.💯

First time and was helped with all the questions I had. Found what I needed and they made everything easy.

Very Friendly Staff and the cheapest prices around on Vapes. I would rather make the drive here then go to another store.
