Wonderful relaxed environment. Great food. Great wine. Very nice layed back spot.

My sister and I really wanted to enjoy our visit, but unfortunately left feeling pretty disappointed. We were understanding about the slow service, especially since there was only one server and several customers came in around the same time. However, it took 45+ minutes just to get our food and drinks, another 15+ minutes before we were able to get a cigar, and then 30+ minutes after finishing our meal just to get the check. The food itself was good, which we appreciated, but nearly two hours of waiting is frustrating. What really left a bad taste was the bill. Our total was over $100 for two entrées, a Coke and a double shot. When the server eventually came over with the tablet and asked how we'd like to pay, we told her we wanted to add a 20% tip. She said okay and walked away, but never mentioned that a 20% charge had already been added. To be fair, it's on us that we didn't notice the automatic gratuity on the menu. We can own that. But even so, we feel something like that should have been clearly communicated when we were paying — especially after we specifically said we wanted to add a 20% tip. What made it even more confusing was that the receipt appeared to show an automatic 20% gratuity, while the server explained that it was actually a 20% service fee and that the cash tip was separate. We absolutely wanted to make sure our server was tipped fairly, but the whole situation left us feeling like we were being charged twice and that we hadn't been given a clear explanation of the charges. I don't expect perfect service, especially on a busy night, and we genuinely tried to be patient and understanding throughout the evening. But between the extremely long waits and the lack of clarity around the additional 20% charge, we left feeling pretty disappointed and, honestly, a little taken advantage of. The food was good, but unfortunately the overall experience wasn't one we'd choose to repeat.

This place is wonderful! The atmosphere feels upscale, but still relaxed and very welcoming. We went on a Tuesday during DJ Bingo and it was so lively and fun. The food was super tasty and the service, outstanding. Adrienne was so lovely, warm, knowledgeable about the menu and just truly exceptional. We'll definitely be back!

Based on my two fantastic previous trips, I know I’ll be visiting again in the future. The vibe was immaculate both times. However, I attended when a DJ was present each time. As you enter, you’re welcomed with wonderful hospitality that leads you to a chill ambience that allows you to relax and enjoy your drinks, meal, and a cigar. Our server Mariyah was very attentive and helpful with our order. Her ability to make you feel heard and welcomed without being overbearing is a skill I would like to commend. My first time I didn't have a cigar, but I had delicious drinks mixed to perfection. During our second trip, we entered the humidor to be introduced to their beautifully curated cigars. Alex was our knowledgeable cigar connoisseur who took the time to understand before introducing us to cigars, which made the experience much better. The food is flavorful and nicely plated. Their spicy peach BBQ on their wings has just the right blend of spiciness and sweetness; for sure I'll be returning for those. The pairing of food, drinks, cigars and the vibe is truly phenomenal, so thank you all for your wonderful service.

I went to a new place on a whim in a date not knowing what to expect, and I ended up having a wonderful time! I'm from Texas and I'll be honest, I haven't found fried catfish quite like home. I'm always on the lookout to try some fried catfish, and I have to say that this was easily the best catfish I've had in Lansing and possibly in Michigan. I definitely will be coming again and I don't know if I'll ever order anything else. Our server Adrienne was lovely and the atmosphere was excellent! This place was not what I expected when I read "cigar lounge" and I would suggest anyone give it a try.
