Austin greeted us at the door while stocking, we were just stopping in for glass and accessories. Super friendly and funny, has great floor knowledge about products, and tasked between several customer groups while still being charismatic effortlessly. Definitely my favorite smoke shop :)

Ethan was extremely friendly and helpful! He always helps us find what we are looking for. We love Vapor City!

Austin was awesome and made my day! I literally called almost every vape shop in the Lansing area and this shop was the only one that had vanilla cupcake fogger pods in stock and the price was so great I stocked up! So friendly and kind! Customer for life now!!!!

The main boy that works the counter is always so cheerful & helping !!!! There’s lots of options here for all types of puffers & the prices r fair ! Def wouldn’t go else ♥️

Love this place. They stay open later than any other vape store in Lansing. There is a large selection at a good price. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and smells nice. I recommend shopping at this store for your vape and smoke shop needs.
