Sold a defective device then acted like he’d never saw me before. Go to Lincoln park smokers, better costumer service and prices. Leave this place to rot

The store never opens in time and most of the time the employees are ride when they do finally open. If it wasn't the only smoke shop I can walk to I would not go there. If you have another option available to you, use it

Just came up here you guys said you open up at 9:00 and waited up here at 10:00 waiting for a whole hour and a half not good for business

I like the prices. They've been closed. What's happening? I hope they will be open soon.

My daily stop :) They always have what I need, even when they don't they offer something similar for a relatively same price & try to make sure what they don't have they do the next time! The guys are always super friendly and welcoming. Been my daily stop for 2 years!
