Wild bills, which is a large company is selling fake geek bars currently. I went in and scanned the barcode and it was not coming up as a real geek bar on the geek bar website. The staff insured me that I could try it and when I did, it was not hitting hard and it did not taste like the regular real geek bars. I strongly suggest that you do not shop at that store right now as many vape shops are getting fake geek bars. It’s very important that you scan the item when you go in on the QR code and tell the owner or salesperson that if it’s fake, you’re not going to buy it. If you still give it a chance and it taste burnt, then any vape shop would let you get a refund. The woman at the store was so rude and told me that she would not refund me just because I didn’t like it. What is the point of opening it in the store if they’re not going to refund you when it is burnt and has no flavor. The dead sign of a fake frozen strawberry geek bar is that the colors the pink and the blue are just a tad bit darker than the real geek bars. Anyways, lots of vendors are selling these without knowing themselves and their distributors sometimes don’t even know I’m writing a horrible review for this company because they were so obnoxious and they did not refund me. I should’ve known better not to buy it after I scan the QR code and put the numbers then. I’ve done this before and geek bar is always accurate when it is a real geek bar be careful going to any store but make sure that you ask them to scan it and then if it’s not scanning you know it is fake. Don’t let them tell you that they are a huge corporate company and they don’t get fake things and it’s all checked by the US government. Many Chinese our manufacturing fake geek bars and unless you try it it’s very hard to tell a difference in the packaging. I called the corporate office and left a message and I am also going to file a report on BBB. I’m going to file a charge back with my bank because it was $25 and it’s going to waste. I told them to just leave it there for when I call a manager the next day, but the woman chased me out of the store and came to my car and told me that I could not leave the geek bar there so now I’m going to contact a manager when he’s in and not only tell him how rude this woman was but also that she doesn’t believe me that they are fake geek bar. Doesn’t matter that it’s a huge chain. It just matters that their product is not real. I cannot speak for every flavor because I’ve only tried the frozen strawberries there however that flavor is very hard to get so make sure that you don’t just buy it from anywhere. I was able to get a couple at a place down the street and it’s very apparent that those were real. I would also suggest not shopping at smoke relief. They’re also selling fake bars and they would not refund me when I bought two I showed them the same thing that the QR code was not scanning and that they were burnt, but they said since I opened it, I could not have a refund. These are the only two vape stores. I know that will not let you try a vape and if it’s burnt, they will replace it or refund. You don’t go in there with expectation that they’re going to ask you to open it and then they’re going to tell you if it’s bad that You cannot get a refund since you’ve tried it and because you just don’t like the flavor. That’s what I was told at this Vape Store and I’m just very discouraged because the manager went on and on about how they do not sell anything fake and as soon as I scanned it, I knew. do not shop at any wild bills To bu

I got to give my man Ethan some love at this location. He is honestly the most helpful manager at any of these locations that I go to and always makes sure to take his time and get everyone what they need. So fast, helpful and knowledgeable I just had to give Ethan a shoutout!

Wild bills is my go to spot, one of the employees, Ethan, is always helpful and quick with whatever I need and gives great recommendations if I want to try something new.

A wild Bill's is only as good as the employees they have steering the ship, Courtney and Mona are always smiling and on top of their game! They don't usually have a line out the door but sometimes stores get busy, as a customer walking in at the end of that line I was absolutely pleased at how fast they attended to each and every customer, Made sure they had everything they needed, saved each customer money whenever they could and eventually helped me with what I needed! These two ladies are rock stars, I highly recommend this store!
