I have been having problems with the rewards program. I buy specific products that have the rewards deals and for the past 2 months or so it hasn’t been giving me the correct amount of coupons for a the free one. I’ve said something to the employees multiple times and keep getting told that they cannot fix it. Just today I bought 22 hulk strawberry 7 oh tablets and only got one coupon for a free one when it is supposed to be buy 7 get one for free and this has happened several times. Please fix this issue as it is literally the entire reason I shop here.

I was in here Wednesday June 10th at 4pm, and the employee who waited on me was SOOO EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful! I am without my glasses at this time so I can't see far way very well, and I asked her about a vape for reference on the model because I was able to read the large print of the flavor, she didnt seem to understand the simplest requests she rung me out for two tapes and I kindly explained i only wanted the one a different flavor then she grabbed she did the neck snap dramatic turn and look at her co-Worker like I was the stupidest person on planet earth, I don't normally shop here i buy my vape from a gas station and I will continue to do so. Maybe Wild bills should have their staff attend a hospitality program when you are the face of a company you should act accordingly.

Normally this place is great!! Today wasn't my day.... I was given the wrong product. Called they said come back (50 miles r/t). I get back there and run into the rudest woman who starts by saying she asked me...!!! then as I was leaving, TOLD ME very rudely, have a nice day!!! At the minimum, she needs customer service training.

I started working in ludington months ago and now it’s the only vape shop I’ll go to. By the third time I came in, the woman who regularly works there already remember what I was looking which was awesome. They always have their shelves stocked and have plenty of options to choose from which I’m not use to from other vape shops. Great team and vibe they have going on here. Definitely earned the 5 stars!

All three lady’s were wonderful, and easy to talk to. Made my shopping experience worth coming in again! Will definitely be back again!
