Wild Bill’s Cigar in Madison Heights is hands-down my favorite spot. Their cigar selection is top-tier—whether you’re hunting something new or grabbing a tried-and-true staple, they always have you covered. The remodeled lounge is incredible and has the best atmosphere for smoking, relaxing, and real fellowship. Shane (the manager) runs a tight ship—everything is always organized, and he genuinely makes you feel welcome by greeting you personally. And Lexi is easily one of the most helpful attendants you’ll meet—knowledgeable, patient, and always ready to point you in the right direction. If you’re looking for a great cigar shop with an even better lounge vibe, this is the place.

I normally do not write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience at this location. During my visit today, I was disappointed by the level of professionalism displayed.The employee working behind the counter was discourteous and unwelcoming, which immediately created a negative impression. Additionally, there was a strong cigar odor throughout the store, and several individuals were openly drinking alcohol and smoking cigars on the sales floor. One person appeared heavily intoxicated and was stumbling out the door. This created an atmosphere that felt more like a nightclub than a retail establishment. As a longtime Wild Bill's customer, I found this experience both uncomfortable and unacceptable. I have always expected a clean, professional, and customer-focused environment. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will likely take my business elsewhere in the future.

I usually do not write reviews but i was treated so poorly that I had to. I go to other wild bills locations usually and have always had a great experience. The girl that helped me at the register was so rude and unpleasant that i almost walked out halfway through. I felt like I was inconveniencing her and I was doing my best to just be nice to her. I did get her name it was Alannah from the receipt, but nonetheless with an experience like that I will definitely never go to this location again

Sisters Jocelynn and Alannah are absolutely amazing. They make me feel like we are friends. The service is always amazing and they make me want to keep coming back and be loyal to that store. Thank you ladies for always being great. Shane is also very nice and very helpful. I’ve never encountered a rude soul in that store. Love the wild bills and 12 mile and John are.

I really enjoy the girls working here, always complementing on my nails and having a little chat always makes my day. I always have a good time after speaking with them! great customer service !
