I love this shop because of the employees but the one thing that absolutely infuriates me is the inconsistency in stock. Every single time I go in I have to pick a new brand or flavor because the one I got last time is gone. Every. Single. Time. Maybe stock up on flavors more than one box at a time. I’m really just gonna go down the road from now on.

Been going here for years. Never ever again!!! Bought a vape Sunday, it didn't work. Went in Monday with all packaging, charged vape with full juice meter, obviously defective. No refunds, no returns, no exchanges. The lady pointed at a small 2in by 1in sign with tiny font lettering stating as much. Told her I been coming here for years A very regular customer, if I leave ill never be back. She didn't care. Very nice but didn't care. This is the 3rd time I had a defective product from this location over many years but the 2nd time in 20 days and the 1st time I decided enough was enough I want what I paid for. I sincerely hope this place that always has new employees goes bankrupt. THEY WILL NOT VALUE A CUSTOMER HERE. THIS IS THE SAME AS STEALING. And at a minimum dishonest.

The store is loaded with goods. The prices are good also friendly service and good hours.
