They are super uneducated. They will sell you anything. They have no knowledge or education on any of the glass pieces that they sell. I sent my girlfriend to the store to buy a bowl and they told her that all bowls are universal and that it should fit. She then purchased did not knowing when she brought it home. It was way too big. We never used it. It’s still at the sticker on it, I went to return it and they said no return Explain to me how I’m supposed to ever shop here again when now I’m stuck with a glass bowl that doesn’t fit my rig. She was told it is for a Mr. vapor bong. That is their brand they should know the correct size I am furious. I will never come back to the store Korina was the employee.

one thing about me is i do not respect a business if they cannot respect their own business hours, at least 3 times a month i visit this store around 9am and its not even open. there has been a few times ive seen the "manager" i think come unlock the store as im getting ready to leave after waiting for her. she is not a people person at all, shes very rude and always has an attitude plus shes always shaking like shes coming off of something maybe thats why shes always late idk but the vape shop right up the road is cheaper and very nice.

Desiree was amazing and very fast if you ever look for an easy and fast transaction and to find the items that other places in town don’t have look no further. Even had the new Puffco Proxy ✌🏼

The old woman who works her that is about 55 years old never opens the store like she should i am retired and wake up early to get my shopin done early and i always sit in my truck waiting on her to open she always opens at 902 or 905 last week i waited until 927 before she got here other patrons left after waiting for her to get here but the door says opens at 9am thats what time you should be here none of the other girls have a problem getting here on time
