I had the pleasure of hiring Shade Cigars for my husband’s 60th birthday celebration, and they exceeded every expectation! I chose the demo package, where guests were able to watch a live cigar-rolling demonstration, and I also ordered personalized cigars with custom bands to commemorate the occasion. Monique arrived on time, set up quickly, and immediately engaged our guests with her demonstration. She was incredibly knowledgeable, answering every question about the cigar-rolling process and the cigars she had available. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and it added a unique, upscale touch to the party. There was also a great selection of premium cigars available for purchase, which many of our guests appreciated. The feedback from everyone was overwhelmingly positive, and the personalized cigars were a huge hit. If you’re looking to elevate your event with a memorable experience and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Shade Cigars. I will definitely be using them again for future events!

I was in charge of planning a fundraising ball for my sorority. I wanted to offer an upscale experience for VIP/Premium ticket holders, so I reached out to Shade Cigars to inquire about a rolling demonstration for the ball's cocktail hour. The owner - Monique - responded quickly. Her easy-going communication style made the booking process easy. I especially loved Monique's attention to detail in regard to creating our custom cigar bands. She was able to replicate my organization's logo perfectly. The pricing is competitive. In fact, based on attendee feedback, Monique could probably charge more for her stellar service. Or guests stated that she had "great customer service" and that the cigars were "fresh" and "perfectly rolled." I can't wait to work with Shade Cigars next year.

They were knowledgeable about the cigars and made everyone feel comfortable, from beginning to experienced smokers. Their service added a unique and memorable touch to the celebration. I highly recommend them for any special event!

At Trailer Events, we've had the pleasure of working with Mo and Shade Cigars at multiple events, and they consistently provide an outstanding experience. Mo brings such a positive energy to every event and does an incredible job engaging with guests. The cigar rolling station is always a hit, and our clients frequently compliment both the quality of the cigars and the overall experience. As an event planning/rental company, we value vendors who are professional, reliable, and easy to work with, and Mo checks every box. We highly recommend Shade Cigars for weddings and special events and look forward to working together again soon.
