Owner of the store was arguing and not giving me a chance to speak telling me I don’t know what to do ...very rude. I trusted the brand deezer and wanted some assistance just to be even more frustrated talking to a representative. Switching my hookah brand and buying from a completely different company...NEVER AGAIN. !!!!

Purchased a bottom base online and it came to me cracked and dirty.
