I went in here a few weeks ago and they didn't have this Raw Cone Maker I wanted. I forgot about it when I went in this week to get a vape and Mya recognized me from the time I inquired about the Raw Cone Maker and then pointed to the shelf they were now stocked on. I grabbed 2 gladly because now I had a gift for a friend. Amazing customer service and attention to detail. They also have a suggestion for stock sheet you can request items to be stocked. I am very impressed & thankful for the consideration. The crew that works here is really awesome. Thanks again Mya!

If you haven’t met Wally at Smoker’s Depot Plymouth, you’re missing out! He’s the kind of person who turns a quick stop into the best part of your day — so kind, so helpful, and always going above and beyond. Wally’s customer service is next-level, and he absolutely deserves a raise for the way he treats every customer like family. 10/10, Wally is the real MVP!

Great location in the Plymouth area for cigars, tobacco products and vapes. The store has a welcoming environment and the staff has always been nice.

Came in to buy a vape for my wife, not knowing anything about vaping. A young man named David helped me find what I was needing. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Smoker's Depot of Plymouth for the WIN!!!!

Chase is awesome! He should get a raise. I enjoyed my visit and met the most helpful coolest person ever! I highly recommend coming to this store greatest experience ever.
