The Puff Factory is a great place to go for your smoking or vaping needs. They have a wide variety of choices. Alexis took great care of me. I will definitely be going back again, and probably many more times after that.

Got the strawberry dreamshake and love it! Shout out to Alexis for helping me out. I love coming here specifically to talk to her. She's awesome!

Great service I appreciate the guy dealing he really knows his stuff and he has good customer service friendly people person I recommend everyone to come here They have things here that other shops don't have 🤞🏼🔥 ~ Audio

Dylan was great! He was very knowledgeable about the products, answered all my questions, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Friendly, professional, and helpful made my visit great. Highly recommend!

Earned a lifelong customer today. Bought a great rig but didn't really fit our needs. They were happy to exchange w/o any issues whatsoever. Then had to go back due to a faulty marble pop on the new slurper set (it was a manufacturer error; nothing puff factory did in any way), but again they not only replaced it but did so with a better option at no additional cost. This will be my go-to from now on. If you value your money and want quilty stuff, this is the place to go.
