First of all I want to say that I like the vape I was sold, however, I was charged $45 for it and a small bottle of liquid. Come to find out the vape is discontinued and can be purchased for $20 everywhere. So when I went back to inline vape to buy the replacement pods that need to be changed after five refills of juice, they say they don’t have them. They are discontinued. Of course the guy who ripped me off is not working this time. Look, it’s a vape shop, I’m not expecting 5 star service but I definitely expect to be not ripped off or sold discontinued products and told nothing about it when I need to obviously purchase replacement parts every two weeks. So do yourself a favor and go to a different vape store unless you like being treated like a jerk.

Non existent customer service. I ordered online and needed assistance with a sale price not registering online and I never received a response. I went ahead and placed the order at full price and figured when they responded they would honor the sale and either refund me the difference or ship me out a couple more items. I'm still, now 6 emails later waiting for a response and to get refunded for paying full price for the sale items. On top of Inline Vaoors’ absolute radio silence, I received my order and I had two vapes show up completely dead, not usable at all, two were too burnt tasting to use and one is already firing for no reason and won't turn off until I bang it on the table. Overall, worst purchasing experience ever and still no one will reply to my emails! They'll sure as heck keep the advertising emails coming though, I’ve received at least 6 of those. I realize your are busy, everyone is, but a paying customer has had to email you SIX times and still no response?? It’s a shame because I’m a very regular purchaser and you lost a really good, loyal customer. Do better.

My husband was sold a product that expired over a year ago last week. He doesn’t have the receipt anymore so not sure they will do anything. Check the dates. This product has been sitting for over a year. How disgusting.

The girl seemed very nice, not charging me the tax for the 2 for $10 post’s until I got home and realized it’s probably because neither of them work at all. It was just $10, but still just threw $10 away.

First time visiting this store yesterday and I absolutely loved it. They have a great selection of glass and other smoking products. Rolando was extremely friendly and helpful. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and helped me pick out a beautiful piece. I will definitely be returning!
