As an avid cigar enthusiast, I was genuinely looking forward to visiting the Godfather Cigar Martini Lounge in Rochester Hills. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I stopped in with a group intending to purchase several cigars, but the interaction with the female employee behind the register immediately changed my plans. The tone in which I was addressed came across as very disrespectful and unprofessional. It was so uncomfortable that I decided to leave the store almost immediately without making a purchase. The members of my group were equally surprised and commented on how inappropriate the interaction was. What makes this especially disappointing is that the premium cigar industry is built on relationships, hospitality, and customer service. Enthusiasts often return to establishments where they feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated. Sadly, that was not my experience at this location. I do want to point out that I have visited the Godfather Cigar location in Shelby Township and have always had positive experiences there. The staff has consistently been friendly, professional, and welcoming, which makes this experience in Rochester Hills seem very out of character. Based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews, I’m not sure if this was simply an isolated incident involving one employee or if it reflects the culture at this location. Either way, I hope ownership takes this feedback seriously because I would like to see every customer receive the same level of respect and professionalism that I have experienced at the Shelby Township location. I hope management has the opportunity to address this concern, as I would be willing to give the Rochester Hills location another chance if customer service improves.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heather is AMAZING! She absolutely made our night at Godfather Cigar & Martini Lounge. Heather was attentive, welcoming, incredibly kind, and somehow held down the fort while making the most insanely amazing drinks. You can tell Heather genuinely cares and strives to give everyone the best experience possible. Ask for Heather. You will not regret it! We’ll absolutely be back!

This first time visit was to celebrate my birthday and it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the regulars are happy to see new faces. On the Friday night we were there, live music made the experience even more delightful. The humidor is well-stocked and it would be a challenge to name a premium spirit that's not behind the bar. Give it a try - like me, I'll bet you plan a return visit.

With the new management/ownership, I'd have to say this favorite stop of mine for a cigar, drinks, or food. Has become a better thing. Jasmine is by far a spectacular employee. Seeing that our group of 8 needs wer met. Outstanding personality and work ethic. They have also started remodeling towards a more comfortable experience. And the new kitchen staff/chef is making great changes to the menu. Give them a try, or retry, it's worth it.
