This place has an amazing humidor with all kinds of cigars. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or a cigar aficionado. I was a little disappointed with their cigar of the month promotion today. I went there to purchase some delicious Drew Estate Java cigars and was excited when I saw that the Drew Estates were buy 4 get 1 free. So I picked 5 different Java cigars to enjoy. However, when I went to pay they rang up at full price minus the $5 for buying 5 cigars. When I pointed out the promotion, I was told that they are not apart of it. Not to mention that the promotion sign was directly under the Java cigars themselves. I'm still confused as to how the promotion wasn't honored. I had already paid for the 5 cigars so I'll just deal with it at this point. Maybe don't put a sign directly under the named cigars that are not apart of the promotion as it will cause confusion.

I usually go to this location. But today was the day I was asked to do the survey and today is not a good day for wild bills in my life. They have a cigar smoking room no big deal.... But they allow the customers to walk around the store while smoking the cigar..... While I was standing there a man came out of the cigar smoking room with a cigarette in his hand and smoking it.... It was literally turning my stomach and making me want to vomit right there. Then the cashier had issues bringing my stuff up because she couldn't log into the register. I'm already standing there feeling like I want to vomit and she's not being able to open the register I wanted to walk out. The only reason why I didn't is because even if I walked out I would still have to go to another wild Bill's to buy what I was going to buy. My suggestion is because you don't know who's allergic to cigar smoke and you don't know who is not allowed to be around it.... Maybe you should instruct those people not to have a lit cigar and walk around the store with it

Piper went above and beyond for me! Not only found a location with what I was looking for, but even took it upon herself to call them for me to make sure 😊 amazing service. Just goes to show that all wild bills only employee nice people who know how to do their jobs and treat customers like fellow humans and not an inconvenience.

Everyone is friendly and in and out, without any problems. Sometimes the parking is taken up by People who are Clearly not Handicapped and I Wish they would Stop parking in those Spots.
