The best orange heads the guy who works there is the best he’s so nice I don’t really know much about orange heads so I was confused. I asked him for something tropical or a gummy bear. He made me the best orange head, white, gummy bear with mint. Then gave me a whole bunch of extra tips lol

One of the best hookah shops in Michigan. You can tell he really cares about quality. He never uses off brand products when he makes the heads even though it would cost him less. Everything is done right and with honesty. Always a great smoke and great service. Thanks Allan!

Wow, what amazing customer service! Been coming here for about 1 year and today I Bought a vape that didn’t work at all, brought it right back, and he refused to exchange it. Instead, he suggested I just buy another one. Genius solution, really. Who needs functioning products or basic exchanges when you can just throw more money at broken stuff? I couldn't believe it. After the owner left a reply: I find it surprising that the owner is accusing me of being threatening or dishonest — especially since he wasn’t even present during the situation. The vape was purchased that same day, and it didn’t work at all out of the box. I came back shortly after and explained the issue, expecting a simple exchange. frustrated after spending money on a faulty product with no support . I wasn’t aggressive or threatening, just disappointed. I mentioned I’d leave an honest review, and now I’m being labeled a scammer? For a vape ? Get real lmao, we know who’s the real scammer … Now I see where the staff gets their customer service approach — clearly learning from the best , Definitely not the way to treat a customer. Just be aware before shopping here.

I bought a charcoal for my hookah and he guaranteed to me that it is a good one and he said if it is not he will return it. The next day I came back to him to return it because it is the worst he didn't accept to take it back!! VERY unprofessional and not trusted at all. Take your business somewhere else..

I come in for a sourin drop pod while the guy is doing whatever hes doing. I look underneath the glass and 1 pod is $10, other places sell it for $5 ea so I can get 2 for that price. So I ask "why are you selling them so expensive", it takes him 5 seconds to reply and not even looking at me say "I get em expensive". So I leave without saying anything and I will never come back.
