My whole family comes here. Great atmosphere, and the owner is one of the nicest people I've met. Fast service, and a welcoming conversation if you wanted one.

JP and his nephew are friends, not just employee’s. They have helped me out a lot. As a Firefighter and former Army Officer, I value and appreciate being treated as a friend and not just a customer. Reminds me of how store owners use to treat their people. Thank you for everything 🙏🏽

I will not go back to this store due to 2 reasons. The main gentleman who works there (may be the owner) was very rude and not customer oriented. I think he does not understand the main logistics of running a successful business. You go out of your way to strive and make a customer happy unless it is costing you a lot of out of money out of pocket, then it is your discretion to make that decision. I came there just to do an even exchange on an air freshener that was not even used! The younger kid working there (possibly his son) said no problem and I believe he has a chance at running a successful business one day. He acknowledged the problem and made a rational decision "if I let him exchange this item that clearly has not been used and there was no indication of usage, we will gain positive exposure of word of mouth and we will keep a customer coming back". Well his father the owner did not comprehend the concept that his younger son knew! I have high hopes for his son, but him on the other hand, eh, not so much. The first time I walked in there he completely ignored customers at the register to have a personal conversation on his cell phone!!

Went to this place and looked around. I was thinking of switching from pipe to cigar. Asked the gentleman at the front to help just give a general tour. Said i only had 3 bucks to spend ( pay was coming later that night and i wanted to spend it on tabbac for my pipe or cigars) and that i was just there to try and get familiar with cigars. After looking around he came out with a suggestion. It was a short stub of a cigar. I thought petfect. We go out to counter i give him my 3 dollars. Get no change. When i get home theres a sticker saying 199.
