Justin was super helpful with picking out cigars. Also the Rocky Patel selection was phenomenal. Picked up some new favorites along the way which was awesome. Can’t say nothing but good things about the customer service. Most definitely will be back.

Justin and the entire staff are amazing they’re always so welcoming and knowledgeable with all their Products and will help you pick out what’s best for you. My go to spot. These guys are always very welcoming and very attentive to their customers. Place is very clean and organized. Never have a hard time finding what you need especially when you’re in hurry. They’re always stocked up on my favorites. If your not sure what you’re looking for they’re very knowledgeable and willing to help you find the right cigar.

I was looking for a smokeless ashtray and had to contact surrounding stores. Brian at 19 mile in Sterling Heights didn’t have one but said he would check all the surrounding locations. Brian found one at Hayes Road in Shelby. Brian offered to call WB Shelby but I told him he had helped enough I called WB Shelby and spoke to Colleen who would check the display. She found 1! I told her I would be there soon. When I arrived she had it behind the counter waiting for me! What customer service! A joint effort between Brian at SH and Colleen at Shelby The Shelby location was impeccably merchandised!
