Today I purchased 2 Breeze Prime and when I got home and opened the first one it didnt work, it didn't even light up, so I opened the second one and it worked fine. I collected it and all the packaging and went back to the store and explained my situation to the young man working who had waited on me earlier and he told me there was nothing he could do for me because the company will not take returns from them. So I asked what I should do and he said that I had to take it up with the company myself and no offer of a phone number or any way to contact the company. So I said you won't even exchange it and he said nope why should he be out the money and I said but its OK for me to be out the money and no product. He said he would give me a discount to buy another one! NO THANKS I already bought the faulty one. They lost a customer that that has been going there for years. Its ashame that businesses have no customer service anymore.

I love this place so much! Especially Tony and of course, his dad Sam! They’re always so kind and always have everything I need in stock! Very nice place to go to and very nice people!

Great smoke shop! Prices are very reasonable and the quality of the products is excellent. Definitely one of my go-to spots.

Out of all the gas stations smoke shops etc up in smoke has always been a great store they have everything and then some! Great customer service and support!

bought 2 counterfeit geek bars here yesterday do not buy anything from this store. update yes this is most definitely counterfeit obviously the box has all markings as a real geek bar. please stop selling these
