I had a great experience here, from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and laid-back, and the staff were knowledgeable without being pushy. You can tell they really understand the hookah culture and take pride in what they offer. Their hookah selection is impressive, with a wide range of styles and brands, overrall, Cloud 9 Hookah Shop is a solid spot if you're into hookah and vapes!

I love this place!! The nicest guys making the best orange heads; you can’t find better. I can’t go anywhere else, they just do it perfect and the prices are reasonable. A+

This is my GO TO place for all my shisha stuff for me and all my friends— it’s in Michigan but I get for everyone in Chicago because he has the best quality stuff so I always stock up from here. We are Egyptian so we love our shisha and Cloud 9 always delivers!

Great products and top notch service! The best shop in town. The owners are the nicest. Anything you need, they will have it. Been going here for almost 4+ years, never a disappointment. The guy with the beard is hilarious! 🤣

Great shop with a wide selection of hookah and vape products. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without being pushy. Prices were fair, the store was clean and well organized, and the overall experience was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality products and great customer service.
