Very bad experience. I used to go there and buy things but recently Purchased one hookah worth of $80. But the hookah was a damaged one it doesn’t work. I checked with some of my friends who was expert in hookah making they said the same thing. I went next day to return it and get another one which is working but the shop owner straight forward denied me. They don’t do returns and exchange's. He also denied to look into the issue. Very bad experience never recommend to go there again.

The best hookah shop I’ve encountered. Wonderful and excellent guest service from the owner Kenny, that what usually brings you back. Shop is always stocked with all of your needs. They got everything you want to see in a smoke shop. It’s definitely my favorite and my go to for all of my smoking needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This place is great! Kenny offers excellent service to his customers. There is no better tobacco & vape shop. And they have KRATOM! Forget the big name corporate chains! Support individually owned small businesses.

The cashier that works here has an anger problem. I was trying to buy a new glass piece and he stuck his fingers inside the piece that I wanted. I asked him why he did that and he got angry. Do not come here for any purchases. This place has terrible product and has terrible customer service
