Melanyia has been such a a wonderful help for both our shops, always following through and supporting us. She is the only reason we decided to start and continue ordering from here. Huge shout out anyone who has the pleasure of speaking with her or working with her will all agree!

Melaniya provided excellent service and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. I truly appreciate her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for great customer service.

I worked with Melaniya at KMT and she honestly made a frustrating situation so much easier. I was dealing with an issue that had been going back and forth for a while, and she stepped in, actually listened to what was going on, and got it handled. She stayed on top of everything, followed up without me having to chase her, and made sure the problem was fully resolved instead of just giving a quick fix. You can tell she really cares about helping people, not just closing a sale. I really appreciated her patience and effort, and I’d definitely work with her again.

I’ve been dealing with KMT for a while now, specifically Melaniya who works there, I’ve never met anyone as dedicated as her and she has helped my businesses substantially with her efforts. As long as she stays around I’ll be a customer :)

Melaniya is an exceptionally hardworking and dedicated person who is always willing to go the extra mile to help others. She is constantly on the move, making sure everything gets done efficiently and that everyone has the support they need.
