Visited Cloud Smoker and was genuinely impressed from the moment I walked in. The store is spotless, well-organized, and beautifully laid out—everything is facing the right direction (yes, that matters!) and you can tell a lot of pride goes into maintaining the space. The variety is outstanding—something for everyone, no matter what you're looking for. And the cherry on top? The staff. So friendly, helpful, and welcoming—it really makes the experience feel personal and relaxed. Definitely recommend if you appreciate great service, great selection, and a clean, curated shop. Five stars from me!

My dad and I have been coming here for 7+ years and my sis/grandparents longer. The owner is really cool and Mike is the best thing about the shop. He sits back and talks with you. The longer you come the more personal they can be when it comes to what you like buying. There’s a younger lady with colored hair (i apologize I forgot her name) I’ve been helped by her a few times and if she doesn’t know the answer off the top of her head, she won’t BS you just to buy something (to be fair all of the employees will do that especially if a newer product) but she’s taken it a step beyond to look it up. And if it’s something that gives a shaky answer online, she actually recommends to do a tad more research before just buying something and ingesting it. If there’s something that you want and they don’t have it, as long as your a normal customer they will move heaven and earth to get it for you. It just may cost a bit more but for the extra help and service…well worth it

I spent $50 and some change in the store. I bought a purple ooze pen as you can see, along with this cartridge and 2 nicotine juices, now when I say I take care of my stuff. I take very very very much care of my things! so I know this wasn’t my doing, the cartridge has a chip in it. I called the store and the man says there’s nothing I can do for you they stopped the warranties for them it no longer works I can’t do anything for you. Like seriously? most smoke shops would be like oh I’m so sorry why don’t you come in and I’ll give you a new cartridge on me just because they don’t want to lose a customer or customers this is ridiculous. I went there because I seen a lot of good reviews, but, now, now because of that because you want to be stingy with your products when you don’t get many people in there to begin with blows my mind good riddance to your unprofessional shop

Great selection of cigars kept in a nice size maintained humidor. The old man gives ya service with a grin competitive pricing on cigs great selection of tunes and tobacco to go with. Great selection of glass and much more.

Sunni, Don and Zed are all great guys. Always willing to help. If they don't have what you need it will be ordered and you get a phone call like your family the banter back and forth is always great. Fair prices and never had a problem returning anything that may have had a manufacturer's default or issue. Five stars isn't enough.
