If I could give them 6 stars I would. You have an amazing team there. The gentleman with the longer curly hair, he’s incredible, so helpful and kind. The lady with the longer brown hair, is also so welcoming. Last but not least, the tiny woman with the glasses. You’re all so awesome, my favorite shop by a mile. Please give thee wonderful people a pat on the back! I don’t return because of the prices, I return because of their service.

John is the best! He maintains absolute professionalism while also being personable and helping customers find exactly what they’re looking for. Thank you for the quality experience I will be returning here for all of my smoking accessory needs!

As a lettuce smoker, I have been in here a few times now, and everytime I go in, I beat myself up for not stopping in more often. They have gadgets and gizmos of plenty (bongs, bowls, dabbers), they have a wall of leaves and rolling papers, they even have limited edition backwoods you can’t find anywhere else! This store is always clean, organized, and very well stocked. Narek has got to be employee of the month EVERY dag gon month! She is always so kind, very personable, and so incredibly helpful. No matter what you smoke, this place is your one stop shop. I don’t know who Bill is, but this place is WILD good.

I love wild bills and this one keeps that love strong. Just walking into this wild bills was worth my time and energy. This wild bills team was lovely in the brief time I spent with them

Wild Bill’s Tobacco in Troy is hands-down the best smoke shop experience I’ve had. Derek is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to patiently explain the different kratom products so I could find the right option to help my dad manage his pain. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers, not just making a sale. The store itself is beautiful with a huge selection of quality products. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming tobacco and kratom shop in Troy with outstanding customer service, I can’t recommend Wild Bill’s enough.
