The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to make recommendations without any pressure. They take the time to explain options, which is especially helpful when you want something quality but approachable. Great selection, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. This has become my go-to spot when I need something special and well-curated.

Danielle and Dillon were just fantastic with me last week when I came crashing through the door with 30 seconds before they closed. They were professional and patient answer my questions with no pressure and they just kept a smile on their face and we're genuinely friendly and accommodating. Crown cigarettes, my brand is just over $5 a pack and you can't beat that!

Joe is extremely rude and judgmental. He makes rude and inappropriate comments to both co workers in front of customers and straight to customers faces. I’ve seen it happen multiple times so I know it is not an isolated incident. I always hope someone else is there to help me because when it comes to joe unless your a cigar customer willing to listen to him talk for an hour in the humidor, he has no interest in being a kind person and just wants you out of his face. Having basic respect for your customers is the most important part of a customer service job and Joe lacks that entirely. The store would be much better off without him there.

Very nice establishment. I stopped in last week for a cigar but stayed to look through some interesting glassware, thankful for Mr. Dylan, he was very patient with me as I asked him to show me so many different items. I’ll be back
