I ordered TFV18 DUAL meshed coils and they sent me the TFV18 meshed coils! The box says DUAL ON IT AND THE ONES I RECEIVED DO NOT. There's a huge difference! The regular ones- the ones I received do not bring out the flavor like the DUAL meshed does and these burn up faster! With the DUAL MESHED COILS I CAN VAPE ON IT FOR A LITTLE OVER 2 weeks but these- not even a week! I want what I paid for! Make this right!! See pics- the one that says TFV18 Meshed 0.33 ohm coils are wrong but the other pic that says TFV18 DUAL MESHED 0.15 ohm Coil are the correct ones!

I gotta say that at first I was very iffy about purchasing anything from here because I have never heard of them and we are located on opposite sides of the country. I've been burned before ordering from unknown retailers, but I decided to take the risk because they were one of the only retailers I could find that had a very difficult to find mod and didn't jack the price up just because the item was rare like I saw a lot of other shops do. I received my order in about 10 days. (Shipped from Michigan to California) I got everything I ordered and it was all in perfect condition. I'm glad I found this place, I would absolutely recommend ordering from this store. I can't comment on their brick and mortar location as I have never been there, but I'm sure it's nice. 👍

I actually haven't been to a physical store. I've been ordering on the website for a while now. I'm so disappointed with my latest order. I always get the tsunami twin disposables. Literally 2 were non working right away, Slowly within the week all 10 were malfunctioning. If they weren't leaking the lights were flashing. I even had 2 that were smoking themselves. If I had the time I would have taken them all back ASAP. But I have to wait for the lackadaisical customer service to respond no telling when that will be. I'm so sad they are the only place I can find tsunami twin. 😩😡😭

I love this shop! All of them that I've been to, at least. They always have the pods I need, are knowledgeable, SO polite, and just in general, I always have a pleasant experience shopping there. Wont shop anywhere else for my vape supplies unless I have no other choice.

I've been ordering vapes online from them with no issue for about a year. My last order came in a bag from the post office saying it was damaged. When I opened it I was short vapes that I ordered. They were probably lost when the package was damaged. When I tried to contact the company about the order none of the phone numbers lead to a person or a voice-mail. I have emailed with no response so yeah would not recommend...
