Have previously never had problem out of this company but similar to others from the past couple of months I've been left hanging since I ordered on September 4. After still showing as "awaiting fulfillment", I reached out through messenging on the 17th and was sent what appeared to be an auto reply saying that they had "lost a key member and were in the process of moving. I've messaged several times since , even called to no avail. I started a new order a couple of days ago just to test.....they sent a reminder the next day that I hadn't completed my order. You would think they would refrain from taking new orders or at least warn potential customers, yet they seem more to be encouraging it. It almost seems as if this company and it's network have been sold to either incompetent or nefarious actors. This couldn't possibly be the same operation I previously ordered from.... perhaps their network has been hacked. In case anyone from DIY is reading this, my order number is: #56188. Hopefully my suspicions are wrong. And I can update this post with better news soon. Update: It is now 10/13, 6 weeks since order was placed. I have received no additional updates from the company. I sent one last message to inform them I have filed a dispute with my bank. Hope others are having better luck with this than I am. I ordered from Bull City and received my products in four days.

DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS!!! Business has gone dark, but website still accepts payments. After using this site for years without issue, the owners have suddenly disappeared. Order placed a month ago, gladly took my money, but order is not being processed and is stuck staying awaiting fulfillment and I have received no response when trying to contact them. Not sure what’s going on, but save your money and go elsewhere.

I have been a customer for years and have always had great service and experience but I put in an order on October 12 paid in full got a confirmation email and nothing else. Have called and left e mail's no response to either. #56436 I would appreciate an answer if the store is closed or not .and update your website or just take it down

Placed an order. Got an acknowledgment. No order two weeks later. Initiating a chargeback. Seems their portal is open to collect funds but not the store to fill orders Sent a couple emails and messages no response. Phone line seems dead or not active.
