Love this shop since it’s so local to me! Huge selection of drinks, vapes and even a snack aisle! Very competitive prices and I’m a big fan of the exotic snacks!

We made a purchase on 4-5-25 near closing for $44 one of the items was a breeze blueberry pomegranate vape when we got home it didn’t work . When we tried to return it the next day at open, the lady working was very very rude. She stated we are supposed to test the vapes in the store before leaving in front of them otherwise they cannot do an exchange. She stated that was on the packaging as well? since when are you allowed to smoke in public places? We were not given a receipt when we made our purchase because it was so near close the guy was trying to leave and in a rush. It wasn’t even the fact that they wouldn’t do the exchange. It was the fact that the girls’s attitude and how we were treated as a customer. She was a very, very rude to my husband, when he went up there to talk to her, and then when I called to make a complaint and ask for a manager‘s name She was laughing at me on the phone. When I asked for a manager‘s name, she gave me the name David, but wouldn’t give me any more information on when I could reach him and then she tried to tell me she was a manager. she definitely does not need to be a manager if she is going to treat people the way she did and she should not be running a business either. I will never return to this business again. I will continue to go back to my original store on Cooley Lake Road where I never have a problem and they treat us extremely well at “ THE SMOKE SHOPPE “ So make sure you check them out they are an awesome place to visit and they’re extremely friendly and have a wide variety of products.
