I had a friend pick up a cigar for me from this Wild Bill’s location, and since they’re not familiar with cigars, they relied on the shop to be selling properly stored products. Unfortunately, the cigar was very hard and the wrapper was already peeling and cracking before I even lit it clear signs it was dried out and not kept at proper humidity. I don’t fault my friend at all, but I do expect a tobacco shop to maintain their humidor so customers don’t end up with cigars in this condition. I’d recommend they take a closer look at their storage practices. Absolute waste of money! Straight in the garbage.

I love how easy it is to strike up great conversations and even network with other customers—people here are just as friendly as the staff. I stopped in at the Westland location to pick up cigars as a gift for a coworker and had a great experience. Matt was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer my questions and recommend a few options since I’m not very familiar with cigars. He was friendly, patient, and made the whole process easy. I was able to find exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service — I’ll definitely be back!

I come here every Thursday and enjoy a cigar with outstanding service provided Brittany and Jetta. The atmosphere is very chill and relaxing. Love this place!

Everything’s wonderful!!! Erica, Stephanie and Jetta are spectacular!!! One caveat though…they need more help on busier days!!! Spectacular humidor. Never had a cigar unraveled on me there.
