Unfortunately I spent over 60$ for 2 vapes and they didn't give me an opportunity to test them in store because they wanted us to get out cause the sirens were going off. Then the guy told me on the phone 24 hr return policy but like I told him I bought 2 and 1 worked just fine and the o ly thing he offered was maybe a few dollars off a new device. I told him no thanks we just won't buy anything from them again. We will just continue to drive to Owatonna for our products!!!

I bought an electronic cigarette, and when I got home it didn't work. I went back the next day, and there were two girls working at the store. The younger girl was very nice.He wanted to replace it, but the older girl refused and didn't care whether a customer returned to the shop or not.
